Career Development Loans and the Department of Education and Skills
The College is registered with the Department for Innovation, Universities, and Skills (formerly Department for Education and Skills) under the Career Development Loan Scheme. Thus, UK citizens, UK permanent
residents and European Economic Area (EEA) nationals who are resident
in the UK may be able to finance their studies by an interest-free government-backed
Loan.
Furthermore, many organisations, charities, government employment services
job centres and training and enterprise councils (TECS) now pay for
the unemployed to attend courses at the College.
Help with Employment
We help our students with job search with several employers and employment
agencies all over the United Kingdom. This is particularly the case with our new week intensive course "Advanced Practive Certificate in Housing and Welfare Management" where most students find a job after successful completion of their course.
Strategic Alliances World Wide
The college is now building strategic alliances with other colleges
and training centres all over the world, including Asia, Africa, Europe
and the Americas where some of our courses may be delivered by these
centres. Thus, any college or centre interested in such an arrangement
should contact Trans-Atlantic College.
